Artist's statement:
	Looking at the sky in December 1997, I notice how beautiful the sky was and I took my pencil and think about making a quilt like it.
The cloth was made using Adire cloth, a method that is used by the Yoruba people that incorporates ancient Indigo dyes with modern stitching techniques.
